2. Data we collect at purchase

Name and e-mail — for contract fulfillment and download link delivery (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Billing/payment data — processed exclusively by Stripe (see section 5). We only receive payment confirmation and a transaction ID.
Optional: company name and tax ID — if you request a formal invoice.

3. Hosting

This site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vyronos, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (EU). Privacy: hostinger.com/legal/privacy-policy.

4. Server log files

The provider automatically collects log file data (browser type, OS, referrer URL, IP, request time). Data is not combined with other sources. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in error-free site operation).

5. Payment processing via Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., The One Building, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. Privacy: stripe.com/privacy.

Stripe processes your payment data (card number, name, billing address) as an independent controller under GDPR. We have no access to full payment data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract).

6. Recipients of data

Stripe — payment processing.
Hostinger — hosting provider.
Tax advisor — bookkeeping (data processing agreement).

We do not sell data. We do not share data for marketing purposes.

7. Retention

Invoice data — 10 years (German retention obligation, § 147 AO). Contact data — until consent withdrawal or contract termination.

8. Your rights

You have the right to: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Right to lodge a complaint: with the supervisory authority — for the seller's location: Hamburgischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 22, 20459 Hamburg, Germany.

9. Cookies

We use only technically necessary session cookies. No marketing, analytics or third-party tracking cookies. No consent required.

10. Third-country transfers

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. is an EU entity (Ireland). Hostinger is based in Cyprus (EU). No third-country transfers occur in the course of running the shop.

11. Security

The site uses SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS). Payments are handled by certified processors (PCI-DSS compliant).

12. Use of AI technology

Some of our content, products (skills) and documentation may have been created using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.). We do not process customer personal data through AI systems. All content is reviewed before publication.

13. Changes

We notify active customers by e-mail of material changes and publish the updated version on this page.
