§3 Subject of contract

Sale of digital products (ZIP packs containing skill definitions, templates and documentation for Claude Code) for one-time payment with lifetime access. Three tiers (Pack 1, 2, 3) per current offer on claudepack.tech.

§4 Conclusion of contract

The product display does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button ("Get Pack X"), you submit a binding offer. The contract is formed upon Stripe payment confirmation and provision of the download link by e-mail.

§5 Prices and payment

Prices shown are final. VAT notice: The Seller uses the German small-business exemption (Kleinunternehmerregelung, §19 UStG) — no VAT is charged.

Payment processor: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland). Accepted methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA Direct Debit, additional methods supported by Stripe based on country.

The Seller does not store full card data — payment is processed directly by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant).

§6 Delivery of digital products

Upon successful payment confirmation, you immediately (typically within 60 seconds) receive an e-mail with a download link to the purchased pack. Lifetime access. Free updates within the purchased pack are included.

§7 Right of withdrawal (Consumers)

Withdrawal notice: Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement (e.g. e-mail) at kontakt@claudepack.tech.

Loss of withdrawal right (§ 356(5) BGB): For contracts on the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if the consumer has expressly agreed that performance of the contract begins before the withdrawal period expires and has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

Seller's goodwill policy: Regardless of the statutory rule, the Seller grants a 7-day money-back guarantee. If unsatisfied, we refund the full price within 14 business days — informal e-mail with order number suffices.

§8 License

Skill packs are provided under the MIT License (license text inside the ZIP). The buyer may: use the packs commercially, modify, integrate into their own projects. The buyer may not: resell the packs unchanged, impersonate the original author, remove copyright notices.

§9 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Defects are to be reported to kontakt@claudepack.tech within 14 days of discovery. The Seller handles complaints within 14 business days.

§10 Liability

The Seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Seller is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Skill packs are provided "as is" — the Seller does not guarantee specific business results from their use.

§11 Data protection

Data controller: muszynski.online. Processing purposes: order fulfillment, payment via Stripe, delivery of the download link, service contact. Details in the Privacy Policy.

§12 Applicable law and jurisdiction

German law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence. Place of jurisdiction for contracts with merchants is Hamburg.

EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The Seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§13 Final provisions

Should individual provisions be ineffective, the remaining provisions remain valid. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms — Customers will be notified by e-mail at least 14 days before changes take effect.
